Bio:
Robert Berlin-Williams is the Development & Communications Director of Climate Resolve and serves on its leadership team.
Robert grew up in a family deeply entrenched in the cattle and oil industries and has firsthand knowledge of the environmental challenges and perspectives within these sectors. His background fuels his passion for driving change by bridging gaps between traditional industries and modern environmental imperatives.
Robert mobilizes resources and employs compelling storytelling to support Climate Resolve initiatives that fight climate change. He believes effective communication is pivotal to advancing environmental stewardship, particularly where resistance to progress is deeply rooted.
Before joining Climate Resolve, Robert served as Chief of Operations at Camp Lightbulb and was a member of its Board of Directors. Camp Lightbulb produces summer camps for LGBTQ+ youth and was one of the first in the nation dedicated to serving this community.
Prior to his social impact work, Robert was a product and growth marketer and launched three aspirational luxury lifestyle brands to international success through forward-thinking brand marketing and sales.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a minor in Political Science at Texas A&M University, where he was a President’s Endowed Scholar.
In his leisure time, Robert enjoys traveling, drinking cold brew coffee, and spending time with his pets, friends, and family.
