With over a decade of experience in community organizing, Berny focuses on creating solutions that prioritize equity and dignity for marginalized communities. By applying a trauma-informed approach, he has developed high-impact campaigns that integrate community engagement, environmental justice, and social policy reform. His past work spans labor rights, disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline, urban greening, and more.
