Allison Bailey is an experienced environmental professional with a Master’s in Environmental Science and Management, specializing in pollution prevention and remediation. As the Energy and Water Programs Specialist at Climate Resolve, she works on greenhouse gas mitigation projects, carbon crediting programs, and other energy and water initiatives, strongly focusing on advancing climate equity in disadvantaged communities.

With over ten years in sustainability and environmental regulatory compliance, Allison’s career has spanned government, non-profit, and corporate sectors. In her prior role as a Corporate Sustainability Analyst, she developed impactful ESG data tools, integrating government data with business intelligence to support sustainable procurement initiatives and launch community-focused development campaigns. Her experience also includes product development for regulatory compliance applications, where she designed software solutions to translate complex environmental regulations into actionable frameworks, ensuring compliance across dozens of jurisdictions in California.
