As a kid, I was diagnosed with asthma. It didn’t stop me from living an active life, but seeing the inhaler in my rucksack, and getting reminded all the time as I was on my way out the door—“make sure to pack your inhaler!”—it sure left me feeling far from invincible.

The proposal to build 19,300 homes on 6,700 acres bordering Kern County won final certification two years ago from the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, and the company declared that it had been vindicated.

Climate Resolve is proud to partner with Investing in Place, Slate-Z, and Pacoima Beautiful in the Bus Shelter Blitz project. The cornerstone of our work at Climate Resolve revolves around mitigating the effects of extreme heat in the most vulnerable of communities in and around Los Angeles.

It’s funny. The deodorant I use has a sales pitch printed on the container. It reads that it will replace my “stench monsters” with “fresh clean masculine ‘scent elves.”

While we did not know what this pandemic would mean for our work at Climate Resolve, with the support of great partners like yourself, our staff has been working harder

Is this the most important election of our lifetimes? When it comes to climate change, and the changes we need to implement with alacrity, the November 3 election is unquestionably mega-important.

Climate Resolve offers numerous year-round internship opportunities to students interested in climate change, sustainability, public policy, advocacy, and community outreach.
