William Welch has 30-plus years of experience as a business transformation leader specializing in building stakeholder-centric business processes, from guiding your organization through executive vision to full execution. He specializes in reversing inefficiencies, introducing best practices, and understanding key stakeholders. The key component for William’s success is caring for both the people and the business.
From the Peace Corps in Lesotho, Africa, to building the Texas Children’s Health Insurance Program, William has used his Master’s in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell to build communities that serve the environment and the most disadvantaged.
William’s specialties are enabling and maintaining operations for leaders focused on vision and fundraising and developing staff who haven’t had the privileges of education and business experience. William has successfully supported many nonprofits in navigating all of the administrative and bureaucratic matters so the nonprofit leaders can concentrate on saving our communities.
